In the Vatican Library at Rome.
It contains the whole Bible, written in the fourth century, and is (apart from the papyri) the oldest and generally the best extant copy of the Septuagint.
This folio contains John 16.27-17.21. John chapters 13-17 take place at the Last Supper. The folio begins during Jesus' words of comfort, "I have overcome the world." Then comes Jesus' high-priestly prayer. The passages in their context are HERE.
