1 Igitur congregata omni turba filiorum Israël, dixit ad eos: Hæc sunt quæ jussit Dominus fieri. Therfor whanne al the cumpanye of the sones of Israel was gaderid, Moises seide to hem, These thingis it ben, whiche the Lord comaundide to be doon. And all the multitude of the children of Israel being gathered together, he said to them: These are the things which the Lord hath commanded to be done. Sabbath observance. Ex.35.1-3
2 Sex diebus facietis opus: septimus dies erit vobis sanctus, sabbatum, et requies Domini: qui fecerit opus in eo, occidetur. Sixe daies ye schulen do werk, the seuenthe dai schal be hooli to you, the sabat and reste of the Lord; he that doith werk in the sabat schal be slayn. Six days you shall do work: the seventh day shall be holy unto you, the sabbath, and the rest of the Lord: he that shall do any work on it, shall be put to death.  
3 Non succendetis ignem in omnibus habitaculis vestris per diem sabbati. Ye schulen not kyndle fier in alle youre dwellyng places bi the dai of sabat. You shall kindle no fire in any of your habitations on the sabbath day.

5 Separate apud vos primitias Domino. Omnis voluntarius et prono animo offerat eas Domino: aurum et argentum, et æs, Departe ye at you the firste fruytis to the Lord; ech wilful man and of redi wille offre tho to the Lord, gold, and siluer, and bras, Set aside with you firstfuits to the Lord. Let every one that is willing and hath a ready heart, offer them to the Lord: gold, and silver, and brass,  
6 hyacinthum et purpuram, coccumque bis tinctum, et byssum, pilos caprarum, and iacynct, and purpur, and reed selk twies died, and bijs, heeris of geet, Violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine linen, goats' hair,

8 et oleum ad luminaria concinnanda, et ut conficiatur unguentum, et thymiama suavissimum, trees of Sechym, and oile to liytis to be ordeyned, and that the oynement be maad, and encense moost swete, And oil to maintain lights, and to make ointment, and most sweet incense.

10 Quisque vestrum sapiens est, veniat, et faciat quod Dominus imperavit: Who euer of you is wijs, come he, and make that, that the Lord comaundide, Whosoever of you is wise, let him come, and make that which the Lord hath commanded:  
11 tabernaculum scilicet, et tectum ejus, atque operimentum, annulos, et tabulata cum vectibus, paxillos, et bases: that is, the tabernacle, and the roof therof, and the hilyng; ryngis, and bildyngis of tablis, with barris, stakis, and foundementis; To wit, the tabernacle and the roof thereof, and the cover, the rings, and the board work with the oars, the pillars, and the sockets:  
12 arcam et vectes, propitiatorium, et velum, quod ante illud oppanditur: the arke, and barris; the propiciatorie, and the veil, which is hangid byfore it; The ark and the staves, the propitiatory, and the veil that is drawn before it:  
13 mensam cum vectibus et vasis, et propositionis panibus: the bord with barris, and vesselis, and with looues of settyng forth; The table with the bars and the vessels, and the loaves of proposition:

15 altare thymiamatis, et vectes, et oleum unctionis et thymiama ex aromatibus: tentorium ad ostium tabernaculi: the oile of anoyntyng, and encense of swete smellynge spiceries; the tente at the dore of the tabernacle; The altar of incense, and the bars, and the oil of unction and the incense of spices: the hanging at the door of the tabernacle:

The vestments that are to be used in the ministry of the sanctuary, the vesture of Aaron the high priest, and of his sons, to do the office of priesthood to me.  
20 Egressaque omnis multitudo filiorum Israël de conspectu Moysi, And al the multitude of the sones of Israel yede out of the siyt of Moises, And all the multitude of the children of Israel going out from the presence of Moses, The people bring their offerings. Ex.35.20-29
21 obtulerunt mente promptissima atque devota primitias Domino, ad faciendum opus tabernaculi testimonii. Quidquid ad cultum et ad vestes sanctas necessarium erat, and offride with moost redi soule and deuout the firste thingis to the Lord, to make the werk of the tabernacle of witnessyng, what euer was nedeful to the ournyng, and to hooli clothis. Offered firstfruits to the Lord with a most ready and devout mind, to make the work of the tabernacle of the testimony. Whatsoever was necessary to the service, and to the holy vestments,  
22 viri cum mulieribus præbuerunt, armillas et inaures, annulos et dextralia: omne vas aureum in donaria Domini separatum est. Men and wymmen yauen bies of the armes, and eeryngis, ryngis, and ournementis of the arm niy the hond; ech goldun vessel was departid in to the yiftis of the Lord. 23 Si quis habebat hyacinthum, et purpuram, coccumque bis tinctum, byssum et pilos caprarum, pelles arietum rubricatas, et janthinas, If ony man hadde iacynt, and purpur, and reed selk twies died, bijs, and the heeris of geet, skynnes of rammes maad reed, and of iacynt, If any man had violet, and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, fine linen and goats' hair, rams' skins dyed red, and violet coloured skins,  
24 argenti, ærisque metalla, obtulerunt Domino, lignaque setim in varios usus. metals of siluer, and of bras, thei offeryden to the Lord, and trees of Sechym in to dyuerse vsis. Metal of silver and brass, they offered it to the Lord, and setim wood for divers uses.  
25 Sed et mulieres doctæ, quæ neverant, dederunt hyacinthum, purpuram, et vermiculum, ac byssum, But also wymmen tauyt yauen tho thingis, whiche thei hadden spunne, iacynt, purpur, and vermyloun, The skilful women also gave such things as they had spun, violet, purple, and scarlet, and fine linen,  
26 et pilos caprarum, sponte propria cuncta tribuentes. and bijs, and the heeris of geet; and yauen alle thingis by her owne fre wille. And goats' hair, giving all of their own accord.  
27 Principes vero obtulerunt lapides onychinos, et gemmas ad superhumerale et rationale, Forsothe princes offeriden stoonys of onychyn and iemmes, to the cloth on the schuldris, and to the racional, and swete smellynge spiceries, But the princes offered onyx stone, and precious stones, for the ephod and the rational,  
28 aromataque et oleum ad luminaria concinnanda, et ad præparandum unguentum, ac thymiama odoris suavissimi componendum. and oyle to the liytis to be ordeyned, and to make redi oynement, and to make the encense of swettist odour. And spices and oil for the lights, and for the preparing of ointment, and to make the incense of most sweet savour.  
29 Omnes viri et mulieres mente devota obtulerunt donaria, ut fierent opera, quæ jusserat Dominus per manum Moysi. Cuncti filii Israël voluntaria Domino dedicaverunt. Alle men and wymmen offeriden yiftis with deuout soule, that the werkis schulden be maad, whiche the Lord comaundide bi the hond of Moyses; alle the sones of Israel halewiden wilful thingis to the Lord. All both men and women with devout mind offered gifts, that the works might be done which the Lord had commanded by the hand of Moses. All the children of Israel dedicated voluntary offerings to the Lord.  
30 Dixitque Moyses ad filios Israël: Ecce, vocavit Dominus ex nomine Beseleel filium Uri, filii Hur de tribu Juda, And Moises seide to the sones of Israel, Lo! the Lord hath clepid Beseleel bi name, the sone of Hury, sone of Hur, of the lynage of Juda; And Moses said to the children of Israel: Behold the Lord hath called by name Beseleel the son of Uri the son of Hur of the tribe of Juda. 31 implevitque eum spiritu Dei, sapientia et intelligentia, et scientia et omni doctrina, and the Lord hath fillid hym with the spirit of God, of wisdom, and of vndurstondyng, and of kunnyng, and with al doctryn, And hath filled him with the spirit of God, with wisdom and understanding and knowledge and all learning.  
32 ad excogitandum, et faciendum opus in auro, et argento, et ære, to fynde out and to make werk in gold, and siluer, and bras, and in stoonys to be grauun, To devise and to work in gold and silver and brass,  
33 sculpendisque lapidibus, et opere carpentario, quidquid fabre adinveniri potest, and in werk of carpentrie; what euer thing may be foundun craftili, the Lord yaf in his herte; and the Lord clepide Ooliab, the sone of Achymasech, of the lynage of Dan; the Lord tauyte bothe with wisdom, that thei make the werkis of carpenter, of steynour, and of broiderere, of iacynt, and purpur, and of reed selk, and of bijs, and that thei make alle thingis, and fynde alle newe thingis. And in engraving stones, and in carpenters' work. Whatsoever can be devised artificially,  
34 dedit in corde ejus: Ooliab quoque filium Achisamech de tribu Dan: He hath given in his heart: Ooliab also the son of Achisamech of the tribe of Dan:  
35 ambos erudivit sapientia, ut faciant opera abietarii, polymitarii, ac plumarii, de hyacintho ac purpura, coccoque bis tincto, et bysso, et texant omnia, ac nova quæque reperiant. Both of them hath he instructed with wisdom, to do carpenters' work and tapestry, and embroidery in blue and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine linen, and to weave all things, and to invent all new things.
